All about Eden
Eden Forest Collective (our home for the long weekend) is an educational nonprofit rooted in a regenerative organic food forest in Fillmore, California. Their mission is healing the story of separation through regenerative cultural practices. Eden is a syntropic agroforestry project all about creating ecosystems that work in harmony with nature. By planting a diverse range of crops, including trees, shrubs, and herbs, in carefully designed configurations, they encourage beneficial relationships between plants, microorganisms, and animals. This diversity fosters natural pest control, soil fertility, and water retention, leading to healthy, productive ecosystems.
