6:30pm - Guided group movement, demos and practice

7:30pm - Individual debuts 💋

8:30pm - Closing circle and integration

9pm - Goodnight!

Bring a water bottle, journal + pen, and an altar item. Wear breathable, comfortable clothing that supports you in feeling free, beautiful and self-expressed.

Capacity is limited and spots will fill on a first come, first serve policy. No refunds available but you may apply your ticket price to a future event or session with me with 48 hours notice. Tickets are transferable with notice.

Note: This space is trauma-informed, inclusive and celebratory. By signing up for this workshop you consent to witnessing nudity and understand that there is NO REQUIREMENT of nudity for yourself. This class is open to all comfort and experience levels and you can participate without removing a single article of clothing.
