Transformational Photography Offerings

What is Transformational Photography?

Photography was the first healthy coping mechanism I used to nurse the wound of aching to be seen, particularly in my pain.

The gateway from the caves of self-harm to the valleys of self-expression.
In my earliest childhood memories I am wailing in an empty room, as a teenager I am shrieking into the void, in my nightmares now I open my mouth to scream but there is no sound.
When I started taking photos of myself I could finally see and share a visual embodiment of my pain without having to hurt myself in the process.
All of my early work was born from broken hearts. Photographing women in my room after hours of sitting in each other's truths and vulnerabilities. Choosing to believe them. My pictures only meant 3 words: I see you. Nudity as a symbol for the lack of barrier between soul and medium. Glitter and flowers and water for obvious femininity. I'm still doing the same thing I was 6 years ago, I just have the knowledge of the language to describe it and the knowing of the purpose to propel it. Thousands of photos and hundreds of subjects later, the impact of this work couldn't be more clear.
Photography has transformed from a pain show and tell into a healing modality I use to alchemize pain into a higher frequency and co-create space for someone to do the same for themselves, in unison with me.

My transformational photography sessions are for the client who is ready for a shift. To see themselves. To be held. To walk away evolved, embodied, liberated and transformed.

It's not a promise, just an invitation.
