Join me for an sensual expression meets erotic aliveness masterclass that invites you to bare yourself emotionally, energetically and literally.
In this space we dissolve what blocks us from our sexual embodiment through play and exploration.
We invite new imprints of pleasure into the body through a feeling-first approach. Allowing any and all of our emotions to be fully felt and expressed through movement as a passageway to pleasure. Not to force the opening, but to invite the possibility.
This is a masterclass in learning that SEXY is not a performance, but a feeling.
Here we learn that performance is the edge, not the enemy.
We lean into performance as a modality for authenticity and expression rather than being performative to achieve a controlled outcome.
Class Flow & Preparation
You'll be lead through a movement meditation at the beginning of class to settle into the space, a feeling-first dance demo by Margo, followed by both guided and open space to explore. We’ll close with the optional invitation to be fully witnessed in reverence and devotion to complete our circle.
Please wear breathable, comfortable clothing that supports you in feeling free, beautiful and self-expressed. You're invited to bring layers (kimono, robe, cardigan etc) and wear your unique version of fun/sexy undergarments or lingerie in whatever way feels supportive and exciting to you
Please bring a full water bottle
Please allow 60-90 minutes for meal digestion before class
Please schedule yourself 10 minutes early to plan for parking. We will start on time!
This is a closed container, intimate group space. By signing up you consent to witnessing light nudity during our session and awknowledge that you don’t have to participate in any levels of nudity for yourself. You can keep every article of clothing you are wearing ON for the duration of the workshop and still participate fully/receive all of the codes.
